Terms of service

These terms apply in addition to any contract between Smart Routes Ltd and our courier or retailer customers. The contractual master services agreement governs commercial use of the platform; the section below covers use of the public Tracksr web pages by parcel recipients.

Who provides the service

The Tracksr web pages at tracksr.io and c.tracksr.io are operated by Smart Routes Ltd, a company registered in Ireland with its registered office at Unit P5, Marina Commercial Park, Centre Park Road, Cork, T12 PN7F.

For parcel recipients

If you have arrived at Tracksr because a courier or retailer sent you a tracking or rescheduling link, the service is made available to you free of charge as part of the delivery service the courier or retailer purchased from us. By using the page you agree to use it only to look up or reschedule your own delivery.

You must not attempt to enumerate, scrape, brute-force, or otherwise access tracking or rescheduling URLs that have not been sent to you. You must not attempt to interfere with the service or use it to harm other recipients.

What Tracksr does and does not do

Tracksr is not a courier and does not transport parcels. We display delivery information on behalf of the courier or retailer that handles your shipment, and pass any rescheduling selection back to them.

We do not collect payment from recipients and never ask for payment, bank details, or account credentials. If a page presenting itself as Tracksr asks for any of these, please report it via /abuse.

Acceptable use

For courier and retailer customers

Commercial use of Tracksr by couriers and retailers is governed by the master services agreement between Smart Routes Ltd and the customer. That agreement covers acceptable use, indemnity, limitation of liability, data processing terms, and service levels. Contact support@tracksr.io for the current version.
