What we will and will not ask
To track or reschedule a delivery, Tracksr only asks you to look up your shipment or choose a new delivery date from the available options.
Tracksr will never ask you for:
- Payment, card details, or "redelivery fees"
- Bank account or IBAN information
- Login credentials, passwords, or one-time codes
- Government-issued identification numbers
If a page that looks like Tracksr asks for any of the above, it is not us. Please report it to abuse@tracksr.io.
