About Tracksr

Tracksr is a parcel tracking and delivery rescheduling platform operated by Smart Routes Ltd, an Irish-registered logistics SaaS company. Our customers are couriers and retailers, who use Tracksr to give their end recipients a clean way to follow their parcel and, where supported, choose a new delivery date.

How recipients reach Tracksr

If you have received a link to tracksr.io or c.tracksr.io, it is because a courier or retailer using our platform sent it to you in connection with a parcel addressed to you. Each link contains a short identifier that maps to a specific delivery.

What Tracksr is not

Tracksr is not a courier and does not transport parcels. We do not collect payment from recipients, request bank or card information, ask for login credentials, or send unsolicited delivery notifications. Tracksr links are only sent by our customers, in the context of a delivery you are already expecting.

If you received a suspicious message

If you received a message claiming to be from Tracksr that asks you for payment, bank details, login credentials, or personal identification, it is not us. Please forward the message to abuse@tracksr.io and report it to your local authorities. In Ireland, suspected smishing can be reported to An Garda Síochána and to the National Cyber Security Centre.
